There are so many wonderful landscapes in the world, so many dramatic seas and mountains. But it’s the simplicity, the gentle quietness of the English countryside that makes my soul flutter. Sometimes, for a moment, grey clouds vanish and a pastel coloured sunset illuminates the sky. Thousands of flowers burst into bloom. And I stand there, hoping that this dream will never end.
